• Hooks : Steel Forged as per IS-8610 with stand shock loads.
• Gears : All Gears are actually machine cut form special Alloy Steel and case hardened.
• Load Wheel : The load Wheel is made of heavy duty malleable casting.
• Load Chain : Grade 80 IS : 6216 Alloy Steel chain, accurately calibrated to ensure free movement duly tested twice for safe working load and can stand shock loads.
• HandChain Wheel : Made from pressed sheet steel provided with guides to prevents snagging and fouling of hand chain.
• Ball Bearings : Load Wheel on 2 ball bearings for smooth operation.
• Brake : Screw and Friction Disc type self actuating load pressure brake ensures safely.
• Mono Blocks with Reduced Headroom : All the capacities can be supplied duly fixed with traveling trolleys.
• Test : Block confirm to the testing requirements of IS Each block has tested to 50% overload and accompanied by proper certificate.
• Improvements : Our Engineering Department continuously works on improvement in design and hence we reserve the right of effecting any charges without notice (if applicable ) if found necessary.
